Musings of a Tabletop Madman

Here is my Appendix B. That is to say, it’s a list of blogs that have inspired me. To open a link to the blog, just click/tap on the name of the blog. I’ll start with the less already established ones in the scene and then move upwards in popularity from there.

The Crunch Corner is a blog that belongs to an acquaintance who is into extremely heavy simulation, and he and I have had multiple interesting conversations about mechanics. He’s currently developing a maximally simulationist game about being a mercenary in a 1950s/contemporary fantasy analog setting.

The Socratic Dungeon is another blog run by an acquaintance, one who I’ve whiled away a few hours with discussing game design and philosophy. He’s developing a modern urban fantasy ttrpg about people who are hunting the unnatural.

CALICO//VISIONS is a blog run by another game developer that is an acquaintance. He’s developing a psychological horror dungeon crawler, and he and I have had quite a few design discussions.

Behind the Helm is a blog run by an esoteric O/NSR friend of mine. He wrote X-in-6, a rules ultra-lite OSR game.
